For the subsidiary of a renowned automotive manufacturer, we are immediately looking for a Team Lead Finance (m/f/d).

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Lead and further develop a small team and support the CFO
• Optimization of controlling processes and tools as well as reporting
• Interface and competent contact person
• Close coordination within the small management team: Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial statements & projects
• Business management support and consulting for Austrian dealerships
• Development and creation of nationwide benchmark analyses
• Preparation of monthly reporting, variance and ad-hoc analyses as well as budgets, forecasts, and income statements
• Support in operational projects as well as system implementations and further developments
• Involvement in governance topics: Internal control system, tax control system, and inquiries from auditors and tax authorities

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, university, or equivalent)
• Several years of (relevant) professional experience in controlling/finance
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office; SAP is an advantage)
• Structured and independent working style as well as organizational talent and social skills
• Reliability and high trustworthiness
• Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and cost awareness
• Communicative personality with strong social skills, team spirit, and an analytical and solution-oriented mindset

An attractive annual gross salary starting from €55,000, depending on qualifications, with a willingness to pay above this amount and including a company car.
