For our client in Salzburg, we are looking to strengthen the HR team with a dedicated Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent execution and control of ongoing payroll processing
• Maintenance and control of time records
• Management and maintenance of core HR processes
• Preparation of various reports and analyses
• General HR administration and contract management
• Implementation of HR and digitalization projects
• Active participation in the implementation and roll-out of the new payroll and time management system BMD NTCS

Our expectations:

• Completed commercial training
• Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
• Successfully completed payroll accounting certification and good knowledge of labor law
• Knowledge of BMD NTCS is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office is required
• Accuracy, affinity for numbers, and a structured, service-oriented approach to work
• Team-oriented, flexible, communicative, and open personality

Your salary:
The gross monthly salary for this full-time position (38.5 hours) starts at €3,088.55 gross, depending on professional experience and qualifications, an overpayment is possible.
