Our client is an established corporate group focusing on visionary construction projects at the highest level. A payroll accountant is being sought to expand the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for workers and employees (construction collective agreement)
- Management and administration of time records, travel expenses, and absences
- Contact person for labor law, social insurance, and payroll tax-related questions
- Maintenance of personnel master data and preparation of evaluations
- Communication with authorities, offices, and external partners (e.g., BUAK, social insurance, tax office)
- Support in HR and administration
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as a payroll accountant (WIFI, BFI, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of the construction collective agreement and BUAK reporting
- Very good MS Office skills, ideally experience with [software, e.g., BMD, RZL, Sage]
- Precision, sense of responsibility, and discretion
