For a renowned industrial client in the Zillertal region, we are looking for an experienced payroll accountant. If you enjoy taking responsibility, working precisely, and supporting a well-coordinated team, we look forward to your application.

Your responsibilities

• Together with a colleague, handle the entire payroll processing for approximately 150 employees (around 100 salaried employees + 50 workers)
• Support and advise employees on payroll-related matters
• Internal and external reporting as well as personnel administration
• Close coordination within the 5-person team, with the team leader, and the specialist departments
• Opportunity to participate in international projects

Your profile

• Completed payroll accountant certification
• 5–10 years of experience in payroll accounting
• Excellent knowledge of Austrian payroll accounting, labor law, wage tax, and social insurance regulations
• Software skills: moonPay (transition to Lohn & HR or BMD planned)
• Structured, precise, and service-oriented work approach, high level of discretion and reliability
• Willingness to work on-site in our attractive office spaces

Salary
