YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent payroll and salary accounting as well as time management for domestic corporate divisions
• Compensation-related as well as labor and social law advice for our employees and managers, and professional support for site-based Human Resources partners
• Function-related evaluations, internal and external reporting, and personnel administration
• Opportunity to participate in cross-border/international projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial qualification and payroll accounting certification
• Relevant professional experience and/or high learning potential for the new role
• Solid knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social insurance law
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Independent and precise work style

SALARY
