Your Tasks

• Support and consultation for customers/patients
• Handling inquiries & complaints
• Scheduling & training organization
• Billing with health insurance companies
• Sales of therapy devices & accessories

Your Profile

• Commercial and/or medical training and/or experience in customer service – career changers are very welcome!
• Empathy & interest in the healthcare sector
• Technical understanding & independent work style
• Good German & English skills
