Then you’re exactly right for us! We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Management Specialist (m/f/d) for our client through direct placement.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent handling of accounts receivable (including dunning processes)
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable (focus on B2C or corporate clients/B2B, but flexible according to team needs in the Austrian and German markets)
• Recording daily payment transactions (banks)
• Account reconciliation, master data maintenance
• Open item management including credit checks and risk assessment
• Close collaboration with internal teams and support during month-end and year-end closings

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training (HAK, office administration, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable, ideally in retail, tax consulting, or hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Solution-oriented, positive mindset, and eagerness for further development
