What you bring:

• A completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, etc.) with a focus on electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering and experience in managing and coordinating construction sites
• Comprehensive knowledge of the tasks described below (see section: What we expect from you) and ideally leadership experience in coordinating assembly teams
• You have good German language skills, both written and spoken, and hold a category B driving license
• A high level of commitment, teamwork skills, and an independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• You maintain an overview even in demanding situations and are characterized by a high awareness of quality and safety

What we expect from you:

• Leadership of your assigned assembly team and coordination of its deployment
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations as well as order and cleanliness on the construction site
• Ensuring contract-compliant execution, adherence to deadlines, and quality on the construction site
• Supporting the project management and representing the company at construction meetings
• Scheduling of materials and work equipment
• Independent execution of electrical and installation work according to plan documents
