What you bring to the table:

• A completed technical education (HTL, FH, or equivalent) with a focus on electrical engineering
• Several years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and a Class B driver's license
• Commercial understanding
• Commitment, communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, and an independent, dedicated, and meticulous work approach
• Willingness for continuous professional and personal development

What we expect from you:

• You take responsibility for processing and developing your assigned customer segment
• You are responsible for timely offer processing in collaboration with the calculation department during the pre-project phase, including contract negotiation
• Technical and commercial management of electrical engineering projects
• Responsibility for leading, developing, and supporting your team
• Coordination of internal interfaces with purchasing, work preparation, and CAD planning, and making project-specific decisions
• Coordination of collaboration with subcontractors and other trades, ensuring a smooth project workflow
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of occupational safety and corporate quality standards
