What you bring to the table:

• A completed technical education (HTL, FH, or equivalent) with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in maintenance and service
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and a Class B driver's license
• Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• Commitment, communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, and an independent, dedicated, and meticulous work approach
• Willingness for continuous professional and personal development

What we expect from you:

• You take responsibility for managing and developing your assigned business segment
• You acquire service and maintenance contracts and execute them with your team
• Define processes for troubleshooting and maintenance operations and continuously optimize them
• Responsibility for leading, developing, and supporting your team
• Coordinate internal interfaces with procurement and the commercial department
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of workplace safety as well as corporate quality standards
