Job Description

- Review and technical elaboration of customer requirements
- Creation, calculation, and follow-up of quotations
- Preparation of machine side views and layouts (2D & 3D)
- Technical advisory activities and support for sales
- Technical clarification of customer inquiries in coordination with sales, engineering, purchasing, and production
- Clarification of delivery times, prices, availabilities, and technical alternatives
- Technical order processing and execution, including:
- Revision of technical documentation
- Deadline monitoring and coordination with the relevant departments
- Project support until machine acceptance

Requirements

- Solid technical and/or business education - Strong technical understanding, ideally with initial experience in technical customer support - Ideally, knowledge in project management - Process-oriented thinking and a structured way of working - High team and communication skills - Good command of English both written and spoken, proficient use of MS Office
