As a Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d), you secure the foundation of our success: the excellent operational management of our supply chains. Your primary focus is on the independent planning and material availability for our production and assembly lines. You master the day-to-day operations in procurement effortlessly and ensure seamless supply – even in dynamic times. Based on this strong operational foundation, you then drive improvement and digitalization initiatives, take the lead on optimization projects, and actively shape our processes.

- Process optimization & project leadership: Successful takeover and independent leadership of projects for process optimization and digitalization (e.g., automation of planning processes) after successfully mastering the operational business.

Requirements

- Completed commercial training or ideally a completed degree with a focus on procurement/logistics
- Professional experience in a comparable position and experience in collaborating on and independently implementing projects
- Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
