What to expect
- We will entrust you with handling a variety of legal issues arising from existing regulations and current legislative projects at both national and EU levels (e.g., in the areas of e-government, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, electronic identity [e-ID], Single Digital Gateway, European Health Data Space, etc.)
- Look forward to addressing intellectual property law matters – particularly licensing issues – and their practical implementation through audits and contract negotiations in the digital age
- You will support our digitalization strategy from a legal perspective, focusing on digital services (applications, confirmations, chatbots, apps, etc.) for our insured individuals
- Additionally, you will prepare statements and legal opinions for internal and external contacts regarding implementation and liability questions (e.g., reporting obligations or provider liability)
- You will also act as the central contact person and interface to the Legal and Science business unit
- Competition and procurement law are not part of your core responsibilities
