What to expect
- You support the consulting and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules and the entire SAP system landscape, analyze and optimize HR processes, and solve complex problems down to the OS/DB level
- You perform batches, transports, and deployments, handle customizing and print control, plan and implement upgrades or support packages, and ensure the installation of add-ons
- By planning and executing patches (SAP/SAP GUI), release changes, and complex OS/DB migrations, you keep the system up to date
- In collaboration with the SAP Security team, you create authorization profiles and implement SAP Security Notes
- You work on (sub-)projects, prepare workshops and tests, and support ongoing operations (tickets, error analysis, documentation) and key users
- You also manage data administration to ensure smooth processes and interfaces
