• Development and support of transformation projects with a focus on organizational development, digitalization, reorganization, and restructuring
• Analysis, modeling, and optimization of processes, organizational structures, and business models
• Designing project structures using modern project management methods
• Comprehensive client support from conception through implementation to implementation controlling
• Professional leadership in project teams and management of demanding consulting mandates

What You Bring

• Completed degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Digital Transformation, or similar)
• Several years of project experience, ideally in organizational development, strategic alignment, process optimization, organizational structure, or KPI-based corporate management
• Experience as a (Senior) Consultant or Manager in consulting or as a (partial) project leader in a line function
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage – or a strong motivation to establish yourself in this environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high problem-solving competence
• Confident demeanor, hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and excellent presentation and moderation abilities
