Your Responsibilities

• Dispatch of international full and partial load transports and ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of all transports.
• Proactive monitoring of shipments, vehicles, and delivery deadlines as well as processing orders in our dispatch tools.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with customers and carriers, including price negotiations within defined guidelines.
• Implementation of standardized processes as well as independent shipment notification, shipment tracking, and deadline monitoring.
• Planning, coordination, and control of additional and special transports to optimize our capacity utilization.

Your Profile

• Initial professional experience in freight forwarding or truck dispatch, alternatively a motivated career change with a strong affinity for logistics.
• Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Structured, independent, and efficient work approach as well as a willingness to contribute your own ideas.
• High service orientation and the motivation to align our customers' needs with the team's goals.
• Confident use of common IT applications (e.g., MS Office) and openness to digital tools in daily operations.
