The Human Resources Systems and Processes department provides central IT systems for the Group-wide HR services. As part of the Group-wide IT transformation in the Human Resources area, we are currently actively shaping the H4S4 transition and the implementation of SuccessFactors, and are looking for a motivated SAP Specialist.
Your job, you will...
- maintain and further develop SAP HCM in the area of Personnel Administration (PA), including customizing and enhancements.
- implement requirements by setting up and expanding infotypes.
- develop applications and automations in the PA environment to support payroll processing.
- actively participate in the H4S4 transformation and the introduction of SuccessFactors.
- develop and expand ESS and MSS scenarios in both SAP HCM and SAP BTP.
- maintain and further develop API integrations in SAP HCM and the BTP Integration Suite.
- ensure traceability and maintainability of solutions through structured documentation.
- take on tasks in incident management and support stable operations.
Your profile, you have...
- a completed IT-related university or college degree.
- several years of professional experience in the HR environment with a focus on SAP HCM, including some in Personnel Administration.
- a good understanding of processes in Personnel Administration.
