As Partner & Delivery Manager, you will oversee the external implementation partners during the large-scale rollout of ServiceNow at ÖBB. You will be responsible for the efficient use of resources, contract and license management, and ensuring that all delivery relationships contribute to the program’s goals. This makes you a central interface between internal stakeholders and our external partner ecosystem.
Your role, you will...
- support the selection process and manage the onboarding as well as the ongoing performance of external ServiceNow implementation partners (system integrators, consultants, etc.).
- build a high-performing partner ecosystem with clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths, and continuously develop it further.
- conduct regular performance reviews and supplier scorecards (KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics) and derive concrete measures from them.

- be responsible for external capacity and resource planning upstream of the Agile Release Train across all workstreams of the ServiceNow implementation.

- handle claim management in cases of underperformance and lead renegotiations in coordination with procurement and legal departments.
- manage the entire ServiceNow license portfolio (subscription models, user licenses, modules) and optimize usage in terms of cost and compliance (True-Up / True-Down).

a completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- several years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in managing external service providers in large-scale projects.
- ideally, experience with ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or similar) – CSA or CIS certifications are a plus.
- proven experience in contract negotiation and management (framework agreements, T&M, fixed-price, SOWs) in the IT environment.
- knowledge of software license management, ideally in the SaaS/subscription environment, and experience with agile (SAFe, Scrum) and traditional project management methods; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
- confidence in negotiations with service providers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders – including at C-level.
- the necessary assertiveness to clearly represent ÖBB’s interests to external partners while maintaining collaborative relationships.
