Your Job
As "Performance Coordinator for Facility Technicians at ÖBB Properties," you will be responsible for ensuring and processing assigned work orders to maintain the availability of facilities and provide structural and building services systems.
- You will lead the operational Facility Service team, coordinating employees and external service providers, and will also be responsible for material procurement.
- As a Performance Coordinator, you will support the service group leadership in creating on-call schedules and take on on-call duties.
- You will review capacity and vacation planning and submit them to the service group leadership for approval in the ÖBB time recording tool TAR.
- You will be responsible for adhering to deadlines and cost targets, as well as the quality of service delivery.
- Furthermore, you will be in charge of carrying out commissioned maintenance (inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs) of building services systems. Examples of facilities managed by our Facility Service team include HVAC, door and gate systems, structural facilities, elevators, escalators, etc.
- From the ÖBB SAM database, you will handle fault and work reports and provide the corresponding feedback.
- You will be responsible for managing the building technology of various properties and evaluating faults and related issues.
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have successfully completed a Higher Technical Institute (HTL) or have trained in a skilled trade (with a focus on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing) and bring relevant professional experience, including experience in team leadership.
- You are highly proficient in MS Office.
- Reliability and adherence to deadlines are among your strengths.

- You hold a Class B driver’s license.
