Daily Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of door and step systems at customer sites
• Performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep work.
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions as well as technical fault diagnosis.
• Training and providing technical instruction to customers and users.
• Independent planning, organization, and documentation of service assignments
• Technical support and consulting for customers during ongoing operations
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Collaboration in product improvements and support for technical innovations

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Experience in field service or customer interaction
• Ideally, experience in the automotive or rail vehicle sector
• Knowledge of electrical systems or electrical engineering is an advantage
• Strong product-specific knowledge is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office and basic SAP knowledge
• Basic knowledge of English
• Confident demeanor as well as independent, self-reliant, and flexible work approach
• Stress-resistant and assertive personality
• High willingness for overtime, weekend work, and assignments both domestically and abroad
• Class B driver's license
• Residence preferably in Vienna
