Your exciting international role:

• Strategic and operational leadership as well as continuous further development of the top Master's programme in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for the organisation and coordination, academic quality, curriculum development, and international positioning
• Professional and reliable communication with faculty, students, and colleagues
• Quality assurance of external faculty, particularly in relation to Master's theses
• Design and delivery of courses as well as active involvement in shaping the future positioning and visibility of the programme in the market
• Supervision of Master's theses and participation in admission procedures and final examinations
• Expansion of international collaborations and maintenance of strategic partnerships with universities, institutions, and companies, including representation of the programme at events and trade fairs

Your profile & our success:

• A completed degree (Master's or Doctorate/PhD) in social or economic sciences, combined with several years of teaching experience and solid professional experience in business, consulting, or services
• Personally, you enjoy taking responsibility and communicate equally effectively with various stakeholders (faculty, students, business managers)
• Thanks to your strong organisational skills and structured approach, you maintain an overview even in complex challenges, always focusing on quality
• You stand out with your up-to-date methodological competence
• Your passion lies in teaching and working with students; as a visionary, you seize future developments as opportunities
• You enjoy bringing people, ideas, and organisations together and advancing them sustainably
