Your Mission

As part of our development team, you will actively contribute to several of our four core products:
Online voting platform, Digital long-term archiving, Archive information system, and Issue management system. You will accompany our solutions throughout the entire development cycle – from the initial concept idea through implementation to the final deployment at the customer's site.

In doing so, you won't just shape software but set standards:
You will work closely with a partner company and bring your expertise to joint coordination meetings, refinements, and plannings. Your opinion is valuable – both to your colleagues and to our customers and partners. Suggestions for improvement are explicitly welcome and highly appreciated.

In an iterative development process, you will take on varied tasks:
You will analyze requirements, develop well-thought-out solution concepts, implement them technically, and ensure quality – through testing, documentation, and final commissioning.

Your Passion is Our Tech Stack

Our tech stack is diverse, and we don’t expect you to cover it completely. If you bring a good portion of it and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new technologies, we would be delighted to receive your application. A willingness to learn and curiosity are just as important to us as existing experience.

You love developing modern software solutions as part of a team and enjoy working closely with customers and partners. You are particularly enthusiastic about developing applications with Java (JBoss/JavaEE) and TypeScript (NestJS) in the backend as well as Angular in the frontend – in a self-organized team where you can actively contribute your ideas.

You enjoy implementing applications that are not only functional but also visually compelling. With technologies like KendoUI, Formly, RxJS, HTML, (S)CSS, and Tailwind, you design user interfaces with a clear focus on usability and user experience.

You also feel at home in the area of deployment and hosting: We operate our products with Docker in the cloud – primarily on Azure, and partly on Exoscale. For storage solutions, we use, for example, S3 and Azure Blob Storage.

Working with various database technologies is second nature to you. In our projects, we work with both relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL as well as NoSQL databases. Ideally, you already have experience in this area – particularly in-depth knowledge of neo4j is a major plus.

Automated testing is a fixed component of professional software development for you. You have experience with tools like JUnit, Jest, as well as Playwright or Cypress for frontend testing.

You appreciate automated development processes and enjoy working with tools like Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and Jira to make development and deployment processes efficient.

In addition, your operating system knowledge – especially in Linux, and partly in Windows – helps you install, operate, and maintain our products in customer environments. You will also encounter integrations with external systems, such as identity providers like Keycloak or Entra ID.

For your daily development work, you like to use professional tools like the JetBrains Suite in combination with Git as well as Maven or Nx.

Your Salary

With us, you will be compensated based on performance and market standards, according to your qualifications (in accordance with § 23 GlBG). The offered remuneration is above the collective agreement minimum salary (ST1 standard) of annually gross: 53,802.–
