  • In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services processes, including core banking, digital channels, payments, compliance, risk management, or lending
  • Proven expertise in enterprise software architecture and delivery within international environments
  • Proficiency in modern engineering practices, such as cloud-native development, microservices, DevOps, containerization, and event-driven architectures
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory requirements, and open banking standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead international technology teams and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
