What to expect

• We will entrust you with the management and optimization of the entire license portfolio for software and IT products
• You will contribute to conducting license audits, identify license requirements, and support the management and maintenance of software license agreements in close cooperation within the IT department
• Obtaining evaluations and offers as well as contract analysis together with IT and legal experts are also part of your responsibilities
• Advising IT and specialist departments on licensing issues, monitoring license usage and overruns, and ensuring correct licensing make your area of activity interesting and varied
• Ensuring compliance with all software licenses and contracts rounds off your responsibilities

What sets you apart

• You have completed school or vocational training (e.g., HTL, HAK) or have an equivalent qualification
• You have at least three years of professional experience in IT license management or a similar field and possess in-depth knowledge in software licensing, license contract law, and license management tools
• Your independent work style and team spirit, as well as your willingness to pursue further training, impress us
• Your personality is complemented by analytical thinking, a high level of attention to detail, and strong communication skills, with which you can clearly convey complex licensing topics

We offer a gross minimum annual salary according to service regulation A for employees at the Austrian social insurance institutions on a full-time basis starting from EUR 51,416.40 (no all-in contracts); depending on professional qualifications and experience, previous service periods can be credited and significantly increase your actual salary.
