What to expect

• We will entrust you with project management for new construction and renovation projects at our regional offices, rehabilitation centers, and rental properties
• You will handle the technical preparation of tenders in accordance with the Federal Procurement Act related to the field of electrical engineering, as well as anti-claim management and risk management for ongoing projects
• Developing technical, economic, and organizational standards, as well as responsibility for system optimization and modifications, are also part of your responsibilities
• Additionally, you will lead construction meetings, create project and organizational manuals, and develop technical, economic, and organizational standards
• Collaboration in the introduction and further development of IT-supported workflows and process management will make your role diverse

What sets you apart

• You have several years of professional experience and/or a completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) in building services engineering (electrical engineering), preferably with knowledge in construction project and procurement management
• You are familiar with the relevant standards and laws
• Experience in managing construction projects for/with public clients is an advantage
• You are proficient in using MS Office and construction or tendering software (e.g., aconex - construction project management, vemap)
• You convince us with your initiative as well as strong problem-solving and assertiveness skills
• Business trips within Austria, including by your own car, are not a problem for you

We offer a gross minimum annual salary according to the collective agreement A for employees at Austrian social insurance institutions on a full-time basis starting at EUR 59,274.60 (no all-in contracts); depending on professional qualifications and experience, previous service may be credited and significantly increase your actual salary.
