- manage the Data Integration Platform Service as the central technical foundation for company-wide data exchange (API, streaming, messaging, batch integration).
- coordinate external suppliers ensuring a stable, secure, and highly available 24/7 operation of the Data Integration Platforms.
- act as the central point of contact for the operation, stability, service quality, costs, and planning of the Data Integration Service.
- define, coordinate, and ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
- coordinate and oversee all relevant service and operational processes, particularly incident, change, and problem management, including the review of Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
- work closely with the System Architect and Product Owner.
- support the transition of platform changes into a stable, standardized operation.
- continuously establish and improve operational, monitoring, alerting, and support processes for the Data Integration Platforms.
Your profile, you...
- have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- have several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in the field of Data Integration Platforms within larger organizations or corporations.
- possess a strong understanding of operational models, SLA management, supplier management, and experience in sourcing management (including external 24/7 operations).
