Requirements you meet:

• You have completed vocational training, a high school diploma (Matura), or a technical school and have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  
  
• You have excellent hearing, are neither color-blind nor night-blind (glasses/contact lenses max. +5 or -8 diopters with corresponding visual acuity).
  
  
• You have already completed your mandatory military or civilian service or are exempt.
  
  
• You and your family can handle shift work with varying hours (nights/weekends/holidays).
  
  
• You remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations.

Requirements for elite athletes:

• You regularly complete multiple training sessions per week, as well as national and/or international competitions.
• You pursue clear athletic goals at the national or international level.
  
• You are able to independently organize and combine training, competitions, and education/profession.
• Important: Only athletes from federal sports associations recognized under § 3 Z 10 lit. a to d BSFG 2017 will be considered.
  
  

Requirements for sports coaches:

• You are currently working as a coach in a federal sports association recognized under § 3 Z 10 lit. a to d BSFG 2017 or in a club belonging to such an association.
• You hold at least the state-recognized qualification of a certified instructor. Higher or equivalent qualifications will also be recognized.
• Your current coaching activity is confirmed by the federal sports association or the club.

Requirements for referees:

• You are currently working as a coach in a federal sports association recognized under § 3 Z 10 lit. a to d BSFG 2017 or in a club belonging to such an association.
• You are currently working as a referee in a federal sports association recognized under § 3 Z 10 lit. a to d BSFG 2017.
• You hold the national or international referee license required for your sport.
• Your current activity is confirmed by the federal sports association.
