You will become part of the Proof Management team within the central Technical Management of ÖBB Immobilienmanagement GmbH. Proof Management deals with current trends and systematically processes them.

  • You will capture, analyze, and coordinate concepts with a focus on electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, and smart systems, preparing them to a defined maturity level as a basis for decision-making for technical instructions and standards.
  • You will evaluate internal and external technological influences (e.g., new standards, digital trends, etc.) that impact central Technical Management and derive strategic recommendations for action.
  • You will plan, manage, and evaluate pilot projects in the fields of electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, and data & system management (e.g., BIM, digital platforms, intelligent building systems, etc.) and systematically transfer findings into sustainable concepts.
  • You will contribute to the development of standards, guidelines, and technical specifications for the maintenance and further development of properties and facilities, ensuring a consistent quality basis.
  • You will prepare and conduct subject-specific training sessions, workshops, and presentations to effectively share expertise with various target groups.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a relevant technical university degree (Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Digital Systems, Building Services Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field) OR alternatively, a Higher Technical College (HTL) diploma (Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Automation Technology, or Building Services Engineering).
  • Additionally, you have experience in the development, evaluation, or advancement of technical standards, guidelines, or strategic concepts.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the interaction between electrical/telecommunications systems, IT systems, and data.
  • You have experience in or a strong interest in modern digital systems such as BIM, networked building systems, data platforms, smart homes, AI-based applications, or big data.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, are known for your reliability and precision, and value teamwork.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex technical content in an understandable way.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management and MS Office are required.
