Your Tasks
- Lead the creation of detailed technical designs within a large ServiceNow implementation project.
- Serve as an expert advisor for roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization.
- Develop mature architectural solutions to meet high cross-functional requirements.
- Translate technical and functional requirements into the product backlog.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including external implementation partners and internal system capability teams, to implement ServiceNow applications.
- Provide guidance and support to ServiceNow administrators and developers.
Your Profile
- Degree in computer science, informatics, or related disciplines and 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including a broad working knowledge of the platform’s capabilities and the applications that run on it.
- Strong skills in ServiceNow solution design and architecture, with proven experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows.
- Experience with advanced scripting on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript) and extensive ServiceNow administration experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes and experience working in agile teams.
ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) or ITIL certification is a plus. - Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English with good German language skills.
