To fulfill our mission, the SAP division, consisting of the two departments "HR Systems" and "SAP CCC," is being realigned. We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced leader to head the HR Systems department. This position reports directly to the SAP division management and supports and accompanies the realignment of the SAP division.


The HR Systems department's range of services includes the operation and further development of one of the largest SAP-HR system landscapes in Europe. This encompasses the technical conception as well as the flawless provision of central HR systems for the entire ÖBB Group, extending to quality assurance.


Your role, you...

  • are responsible for the organizational/disciplinary and financial management of the HR Systems department, with a strong focus on the further development of your approximately 30 employees, the optimization of services and existing regulations, as well as the organization itself.

  • handle the technical conception, development, and customizing as part of the implementation of requirements, up to quality assurance, further development, maintenance, and training of the HR systems.
