- You enjoy being mobile and, with your bus, safely and punctually transport many people to their destination every day in rail replacement services.
- You assist your passengers, sell tickets, provide information, and help where necessary.

- You hold a category D driving licence, a valid D95 qualification, and a driver card.

- For the position of "bus driver," an average monthly gross salary* of €3,735.90 (based on a 40-hour full-time position) is provided. The average salary includes 15 overtime hours and 15 full days of travel for expense reimbursement. On top of this, you will receive a biannual gross holiday allowance and Christmas bonus of €3,859.25. Due to overtime, expense reimbursement, holiday allowance, and Christmas bonus, a total annual remuneration of approximately €52,549.29 gross (based on a 40-hour full-time position) is possible. The minimum wage according to the collective agreement for employees in private bus companies is €2,968.65 gross per month (based on a 40-hour full-time position).
