Your Job
As a "Regional Building Technician for Structural Facilities," you will conduct technical assessments of the condition of facilities and take responsibility for identifying, planning, and implementing measures in the Vienna region.
- Your responsibilities include inspecting buildings and transport stations, evaluating structural conditions, and identifying potential damage.
- You will determine necessary technical construction measures (maintenance, reinvestment, investment, demolition).
- You will prepare cost estimates for clearance, subsequent use, and construction measures, as well as review and assess proposed actions.
- Commissioning construction services (tendering & awards), monitoring the proper execution of all work (construction management), and accepting the services upon completion round off your profile.
- You will handle technical documentation and archiving (updating as-built plans and asset records).
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a technical college (HTL), university, or university of applied sciences (with a focus on construction engineering) and can demonstrate several years of relevant professional experience.
- Ideally, you have experience in technical property management.
- You are reliable and adhere to time, quality, and budget requirements for construction projects.
- Knowledge of project management and MS Office is required.
