Our client is a significant Austrian site of a globally operating corporation with a worldwide presence. To strengthen the finance department, we are seeking a dedicated individual who will take on responsibility and professionally shape key commercial processes.

• Representation and support of the Accounting Management
• Involvement in the restructuring of the department
• Responsibility for invoicing and receivables management, including direct leadership of two assigned employees
• Responsibility for processing invoicing, including ensuring correct tax details (VAT, etc.)
• Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring efficient receivables management

• Commercial education (at least A-level equivalent), preferably supplemented by further training or studies
• Solid knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and VAT expertise
• Initial team lead or leadership experience is an advantage; we welcome the opportunity for further development
• Structured, precise, and independent work approach, along with a strong understanding of numbers
• Willingness to develop professionally (e.g., export management)
