Your Responsibilities:

• Active acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing client relationships in Germany
• Identification of staffing needs and development of suitable consulting and search strategies
• Advising managing directors, executive boards, and HR decision-makers on recruiting solutions
• Presentation and negotiation of proposals (Executive Search, success-based search, job advertisements)
• Management of client relationships
• Representation of ISG in the market, at networking events, and in personal contacts
• Entrepreneurial development of your own client portfolio

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in sales, consulting, recruitment consulting, or business development
• Strong skills in client acquisition and relationship management
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Confident demeanor at management and C-level
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization, and goal orientation
• Existing network is an advantage
• Excellent German language skills, English is an advantage
