Your responsibilities

• Portfolio management within the account with a focus on application operation and development, and potentially other topics
• Ensuring service delivery within the assigned account cluster in accordance with the contract
• Responsibility for the development and management of the assigned customer portfolio within the account
• Support in strategy development and account planning as well as the corresponding implementation
• Business development including opportunity management, growth from existing business and new business within your own account
• Customer communication including escalation management
• Negotiation of offers and securing of orders
• Contract management (e.g., updating and reviewing contracts)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Measures for service improvement

You bring along

• Completed technical or business-related education (HTL, university, university of applied sciences) or comparable professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience at the customer interface in service delivery management as well as in customer and sales management, ideally in IT solution sales
• A strong personality to efficiently and solution-oriented coordinate and manage complex situations
• ITIL knowledge and a basic technical understanding of IT services
• Knowledge of agile setups and methodologies
• Knowledge of contract and procurement law basics as well as tenders is an advantage
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage
• Excellent German language skills
