Your Responsibilities:

• You will independently manage your service area and be the first point of contact for your customers.
• You can expect regular tasks such as service maintenance or repair, inspection, and modification work on customer machines.
• In case of machine malfunctions, you will analyze and rectify the fault.
• You will be the primary contact for technical customer support within your area of operation.
• You will act as the interface between our customers and the internal service department and decide on the scheduling and routing of your service assignments.
  

Your Profile:

• Relevant professional experience in the technical field is an advantage.
• A completed technical education, preferably in mechanics/mechatronics/technology/electronics for automotive, agricultural and construction machinery, or industry.
• High service and customer orientation as well as flexibility and independence.
  
• Class B driver's license.
