Your Responsibilities

• Independent planning, organization, and execution of projects in the field of event logistics and special transports
• Development of customized transport and logistics concepts for national and international clients
• Scheduling, management, and monitoring of various modes of transport, taking deadlines, costs, and quality standards into account
• Continuous coordination with internal departments as well as global partners and service providers
• Personal consultation and ongoing support of clients throughout all project phases
• Coordination of logistical processes before, during, and after trade fairs, events, and special transports

Your Profile

• Completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in handling special, trade fair, event, or project transports
• High affinity for demanding, individual transport solutions – every project is different
• Solid knowledge in at least one area: road freight transport, sea, air, or rail transport; basic knowledge of customs is an advantage
• Strong service orientation, enjoyment of direct client contact, and a confident demeanor
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working – even under time pressure
• Proficient IT user skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign language is welcome

• For this position, the minimum salary exceeds the collective agreement and is €2,738.10 gross per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a significantly higher salary is possible.
