Your Responsibilities

• You will lead and develop the Air & Sea department in Vienna.
• You will build and expand customer relationships in the Eastern region.
• You will plan budgets and ensure the achievement of agreed-upon goals.
• You will handle escalations related to damages, complaints, and debt collection, as well as communication with customers and international partners.
• You will contribute to the strategic direction of the company and act as an interface to the management, central departments, and other divisions.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally in air and sea freight.
• Good MS Office skills; experience with LBase is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• You work precisely, independently, and solution-oriented.
• You demonstrate flexibility in terms of subject matter and time.
• You possess leadership qualities, a willingness to travel, and a strong sense of quality.
• You think strategically, enjoy working in a team, and act in a customer- and service-oriented manner.
