Your Responsibilities

• Independent handling of various construction projects (station renovations, drainage projects, route enhancements, etc.)
• Leading organizational and commercial project execution
• Monitoring construction work for contract-compliant execution
• Developing construction contract matters and alternative execution proposals
• Assisting in the coordination of construction activities and operational railway coordination
• Developing project-related quality monitoring and documentation
• Supporting the planning process during the execution phase
• Documentation tasks regarding construction log, daily construction reports, and daywork
• Waste management on the construction site
• Disposition of materials to be provided by the client
• Billing
• Cost and schedule tracking
• Support in the handover process

What You Should Bring

• A completed technical construction education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University)
• Several years of professional experience in railway construction, at least 3 years of professional experience with public clients
• A railway operational training or further education would be an advantage
• German as a native language or very good German language skills both written and spoken
• Category B driving license

For this position, an annual gross salary starting from €74,816 (collective agreement for the construction trade and industry) is provided.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the actual salary may of course be higher.
