Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership and coordination of civil engineering projects with a focus on steel construction
• Responsibility for structural planning and reviews
• Technical coordination with clients, authorities, and internal departments
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets throughout the project
• Promoting the continuous development of the team
• Regular participation in further training measures

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education with a focus on reinforced concrete, steel construction, geotechnical engineering, or timber construction
• Several years of experience as a project manager or structural engineer in civil engineering, particularly in open construction methods
• Excellent REVIT skills, ideally with experience in SOFiSTiK Bridge + Infrastructure Modeler
• Good CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, BricsCad, Rhino)
• Excellent knowledge of structural software and the required program systems with personal references
• Leadership experience as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Quick comprehension, creative thinking, and a high level of discussion culture
• Confident demeanor and respectful interaction
