YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of assembly work for national and international assembly projects in accordance with the coordinated guidelines of the project management
• Assignment and allocation of skilled and unskilled workers according to their respective qualifications
• Optimization of assembly work
• Compliance with and monitoring of specified work safety regulations
• Implementation of planning specifications regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Ongoing project monitoring
• Reporting to project management, regular schedule controlling (target/actual comparison)
• Documentation of assembly performance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training (HTL, TU, FH)
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position (minimum 3 years)
• Assembly and construction site experience
• German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Team player with a high level of commitment, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and dedication
