Your Tasks:

• Support and consultation of existing customers by phone and email
• Technical preparation as well as creation and follow-up of quotations
• Support of the field sales team
• Maintenance and management of customer data
• Coordination and communication as the interface between customers, production, purchasing, and logistics
• Support in sales campaigns
• Maintenance and presentation of the showroom

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial and/or technical or craft training
• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a technical environment is an advantage
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good MS Office skills
• Ideally experience with CAD or Klaes programs
• Team spirit, organizational talent, and reliability
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Salary:

For this position, the collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 2,500 gross/month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and experience, a significant salary overpayment is possible.
