YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Representation of our company to customers and partners
• Collaboration with the Business Unit Manager – strategically active or supportive
• Co-shaping the economic, organizational, and technical development
• Support of existing and new customers as well as involvement in project and new customer acquisition
• Assistance with budget planning and maintenance, gradual assumption of economic responsibility
• Cost control, transparency, and active project management
• Identification of follow-up projects and contribution to customer retention

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical education (HTL, FH, University) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or similar
• Focus on plant engineering, automation technology, or energy technology
• Initial PM experience or solid project management practice – both welcome
• Interest in further development and entrepreneurial responsibility
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Understanding of economic contexts and strategic processes
• Excellent German, solid English, driving license B
• Knowledge of low voltage or medium voltage or automation technology as well as in plant engineering is an advantage
• Project management know-how (methods, tools) is an advantage
