Your Responsibilities

• Independent supervision and management of construction projects
• Preparation of bills of quantities and quantity surveys
• Conducting tenders and involvement in the award process
• Monitoring quality, schedules, and cost development
• Review of invoicing and settlement of construction services

Your Profile

• Completed training in construction technology
• Professional experience in construction technology or construction management
• Excellent IT skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Personal connection to the Waldviertel region is an advantage

For this interesting position, an annual gross salary starting from €45,000 for a 38-hour week is provided, with a clear willingness to pay above this rate depending on qualifications and experience.
