This is a role for a disruptor who prefers building over meeting. You will work across digital products to identify pain points and bypass them using modern tools.

• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-driven tools and low-code environments to create "smoke tests" and functional prototypes in days.
• High-Velocity Change: Define the "What" and the "Why" of new features, ensuring digital portals stay years ahead of the market.
• Risk-Taking: You have the freedom to experiment. Fast failures pave the way for breakthrough successes.
• Engineering Handover: Once you’ve validated a feature through prototyping, you will collaborate with Engineering to scale it.

Who You Are

• Startup DNA: You likely come from a top-tier startup, a leading delivery tech company, or a high-growth scale-up environment.
• Tech-Fluent & Geeky: You are comfortable using LLMs, AI automation, and modern tech stacks to quickly validate ideas.
• Industry Agnostic: Experience in finance is not required. We value your ability to move fast and think outside the box over traditional banking experience.
• Action-Oriented: You measure success by deployments and user impact, not by the length of your presentations.
