Your Challenge:

• Acquisition and development of steel construction projects in Europe
• Your focus is on new business, network building, and closing strength in international project business.
• Building and expanding an international network (clients, general contractors, planners, industry)
• Independent management of the entire sales process up to contract conclusion
• Identification of new markets and business potential
• Close coordination with internal technical and project teams

Your Experience:

• Several years of proven success in B2B project sales
• Experience in steel construction, construction industry, or comparable international project environments
• Ability to independently generate and successfully close business
• Experience in international sales / European markets
• Confident demeanor at decision-maker level
• High level of independence, willingness to travel, and results orientation
• Existing international network is an advantage
• Experience with general contractors, industrial clients, or logistics projects, planners
• Technical understanding of steel/hall construction
