Your Responsibilities

• Advising and shaping strategic conceptual key projects for insurance companies
• Developing holistic solutions and implementing digital consulting processes
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing functional requirements for future-oriented systems, taking regulatory requirements into account
• Assuming project leadership and supporting project implementation
• Identifying potential and market trends in the insurance industry and driving transformation (platform economy, omnichannel, agility)
• Actively supporting the further development of our service and customer portfolio as well as developing market and customer strategies
• Acquiring flagship projects

Your Profile

• A successfully completed university degree
• Several years of professional experience as a management consultant with a focus on the insurance industry, or alternatively as an in-house consultant within an insurance company
• In-depth knowledge of current and future trends, challenges, and developments in the industry (e.g., omnichannel sales, customer-centric solutions)
• Experience in (partial) project leadership and expertise in both classic and agile methodologies
• Ideally, knowledge of business processes and/or the IT landscape of insurance companies
• Analytical and conceptual skills, a high standard of quality, enjoyment of networking, and building contacts
