Your Profile:

• At least 10 years of experience in professional enterprise software development (preferably Java ecosystem, open-source world, though Java is not mandatory)
• Of which, at least 5 years of hands-on development experience
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a team or project leader (possibly also as a key account manager, but with a technical background)
• Knowledge in deployment, rollout, required application infrastructure, operations management, etc.
• Very broad technical expertise, comprehensive overview of tools and concepts, ability to identify potential issues and propose solutions for team members, operations, customers, etc.
