Your Tasks:

• Ensuring product availability and independently carrying out ordering processes
• Independent demand assessment and planning
• Creation and maintenance of articles, suppliers, and master data
• Preparation of orders and control of invoices
• Monitoring of delivery dates and deadlines
• Verification of delivery documents and booking of goods receipts
• Proactive communication with suppliers and manufacturers
• Handling of complaints and ensuring quality standards

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training (at least high school diploma level)
• Professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in procurement or administrative support
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with inventory management software
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Motivated, communicative personality with organizational talent and team spirit
• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
