Your Tasks:

• Financial planning and analysis (development of project budgets, forecasting project costs)
• Cost control (monitoring project expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures, etc.)
• Project monitoring and reporting (ensuring accurate and timely reporting on project finances)
• Risk management and change management
• Creation and interpretation of analyses, reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc queries
• Close coordination and collaboration with management and project leadership

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training (A-levels, university of applied sciences, or university degree desirable)
• Several years of professional experience in the construction industry desired (preferably civil engineering)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Structured approach and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Teamwork and commitment in a dynamic environment
• Desire to continuously develop and learn new things
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Excellent German both written and spoken
• Proficient IT skills
• Category B driving license
